The Little Pooch Dilemmia

I hardly ever watch the Rachel Ray Show,  but I happened to the other day and caught an episode that contained the segment human lab in it.  I had never seen this segment before so I looked it up on Rachel Ray’s show Web site and saw that they are mainly about improvements to the female body. Unfortunately, these human lab segments don’t always promote the safest ways to change your body.

The issue of this human lab was the female pooch. What is it? I’m not entirely sure, but it was defined on the show.

As women age and their estrogen levels go down, they often start to redistribute the fat in their belly area, so at some point or another, we’re all going to have to deal with a little pooch. Dr. Keri Peterson

However, instead of suggesting healthy foods to eat and exercises that could target that area of the female body, three women volunteered to try out three ridiculous options to fix the little pooch problem.

The Belly Bandit, Rodial Tummy Tuck and the SX4000Pro Ultimate Body System did not seem to work at all. The women admitted later that they began to take better care of themselves once they started their pooch removal routine. Maybe that’s why they lost the inches that they did.

I would prefer to do over 1,000 crunches a day rather than plunk down hundreds of dollars for these systems that don’t work. A little sweat and hard work never hurt anyone.
